Are there any hidden fees or setup costs?
No. We do not charge setup fees, integration fees, account management fees, or hidden surcharges. Onboarding, platform integrations, and your dedicated account manager are all included at no extra cost.
Do you require long-term contracts?
No. We operate on a month-to-month basis with no long-term commitments. We earn your business every month through performance and service quality.
How do volume discounts work?
As your order volume increases, your per-unit costs decrease across all service categories. We review your volume quarterly and automatically adjust rates downward as you hit new tiers. Higher volume means better rates on pick & pack, storage, prep, and shipping.
How does billing work?
We invoice monthly based on actual usage. You receive a detailed breakdown of every charge by service category — receiving, storage, fulfillment, prep, and shipping — so you always know exactly where your money goes. No surprises.
Is there a minimum monthly spend?
No. There is no minimum monthly spend or minimum order volume requirement. Whether you ship 50 orders or 50,000, you pay only for the services you use.
