What is your assembly accuracy rate?
We maintain a 99.9% assembly accuracy rate. Every item is barcode-scanned during kitting, and our QC team performs random box audits throughout each assembly cycle. Products are inspected before assembly for damage, labeling, and expiration dates. Any issues are flagged and communicated to you before boxes ship.
How does seasonal or limited-edition box handling work?
We love special editions. You provide the unique packaging, inserts, and product list, and we handle the rest. Our team ramps up for holiday or limited-run cycles and returns to your standard assembly flow afterward. Seasonal materials are stored separately and pulled only for designated cycles, so there is no mix-up with your regular boxes.
What is the lead time for assembly and shipping?
For standard monthly cycles, we request inventory and BOMs 5-7 business days before your target ship date. Assembly typically takes 2-3 business days depending on box complexity and volume. All boxes for a cycle ship within the same 1-2 day window so subscribers receive them around the same time. For larger volumes or complex builds, we recommend 10 business days of lead time.
